Guillermo Worlicek has more than 20 years of experience across portfolio management, hedge funds, structured products, alternative credit, and cross-border investment structures, both within institutional platforms and entrepreneurial environments.

His background combines investment analysis, capital markets, risk management, and structuring across a broad range of asset classes, including fixed income, structured credit, derivatives, alternative investments, and bespoke investment vehicles.

He has extensive experience in translating sophisticated investment ideas into efficient and bankable structures for professional investors, including tracker certificates, AMCs, and cross-border SPV solutions linked to third-party managers and specific investment themes.

His experience also includes fund governance, institutional onboarding, multi-jurisdictional structures, financial modelling, and technology-driven process optimisation.

His background includes roles at regulated asset managers, hedge fund platforms, and alternative investment businesses in Switzerland and internationally.

He holds a CPA-equivalent degree from Universidad Católica Argentina, has completed CFA Program Level II and Executive Education at Harvard Business School, and has undertaken training in KYC and AML compliance.
