Since 2007, Lumix Capital AG supports entrepreneurs and companies in advancing their growth objectives by combining strategic insight, corporate development expertise, and hands-on advisory to enhance operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
Guillermo brings more than two decades of international experience across international markets, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. Earlier in his career he worked in accounting and audit, including experience at a Big Four firm. He holds an accounting diploma and has extensive experience with financial reporting and IFRS standards, which provide a strong technical foundation for his advisory work in corporate finance and complex situations.
Prior to founding Lumix Capital AG, Guillermo worked with large institutions and family offices across Europe and the Americas, contributing to the design, launch, and management of business solutions and corporate finance initiatives. He combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong analytical foundation, enabling Lumix to deliver pragmatic, execution-oriented advice aligned with clients’ strategic and long-term objectives.
